The terms that apply when you buy from Slat District.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Seven ofertas LLC (trading as Slat District), a Limited Liability Company formed in Arizona, United States, business ID 25083693. Address: 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States. Email: contato@slatdistricts.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Seven ofertas LLC.
2. Using our website
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.
3. Our products
Our District Signature Wood Slat Wall Panel measures 270 cm height × 110 cm width and is made of premium sustainable wood veneer with acoustic felt backing. Wood veneer is a natural material, so grain and tone vary from panel to panel and may look slightly different from the photos on your screen. This is not a fault.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. If we make an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Placing an order
After you pay you receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if we do we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as SLATDISTRICT.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our returns & refunds policy.
9. Installation and use
Panels are designed for interior walls and ceilings. Follow the installation guidance, check that your wall is sound, dry and suitable, and use appropriate fixings. Where adhesive is used, follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces or use outside these conditions.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Promotions
Kit pricing and any discount codes are subject to our promotion terms.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photos and graphics, belongs to Seven ofertas LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
13. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts there.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
