Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Parcels ship from the United Kingdom with FedEx.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order confirmation email. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not business days. We send a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but if your order has not arrived within this window please contact us and we will investigate straight away.
Delivery cost
- Orders of 3 panels or more: free delivery.
- Orders under 3 panels: £4.95 standard delivery.
The delivery cost and options are always shown before you pay.
Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT where applicable. You will not be asked to pay any additional import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email when the order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contato@slatdistricts.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Wrong address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships and we will update it.
