Our 30-day returns
You can return any unused item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging. Panels that have been cut, glued, screwed or fitted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day window includes and extends this right. Once you tell us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
How to start a return
- Email contato@slatdistricts.com or message us in the chat with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with your return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging and send them to: 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without a return authorisation may not be accepted.
Return shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping and will send you a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, and always within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs, and you will not pay to send it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different finish or kit size, return the original item as above and place a new order.
